A full service or refurbishment is the extreme service and normally for older equipment that is lacking in performance or becoming unreliable. 

A refurbishment will normally resolve these issues and given prior notice we can collect your machine and install a loan machine of similar capacity to yours to ensure your business continues to run smoothly while your machine is being serviced.

The full service includes:

• Remove the boiler, pipe work and all components and inspect for signs of excessive wear.

• The Boiler and pipe work will go through a descaling process.

• The group heads, steam and hot water valves will be refurbished.

• Entire machine is then deep cleaned.

Following the rebuild the machine is bench tested for at least 48 hours to guarantee reliability.  The finished product is a clean, scale-free espresso machine and practically as good as new!
